Email support@serverwright.io. Include the email address on your Serverwright account, and when something specific failed, the request id shown with the error, which lets us find exactly what happened without asking for anything sensitive.
Before you write
Connection problems usually name their failing stage: the route, the address, the credential, or the host key. The message you saw is the most useful thing you can send, quoted as-is. Never include a password, an API key, or a private key in an email.
Billing
Plans are managed from the Billing page in your dashboard, including upgrades, downgrades, payment details, and cancellation. Write to the same support address for anything the billing portal does not resolve.

Privacy requests go to privacy@serverwright.io and legal notices to legal@serverwright.io, as described in the privacy policy and terms.
